Delivery Policy

At The Spartans Collective, we deliver with the same discipline and precision we expect from our gear. Here’s everything you need to know about the final leg of your order’s journey.

Delivery Expectations

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery times are:

  • Domestic: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (may vary due to customs)

These are estimated times only. Delivery speed can be affected by your location, local customs, carrier performance, or peak periods.

Delivery Process

  • Most orders require a signature upon delivery for security and proof of receipt.
  • If no one is available to sign, the carrier will usually leave a notice and attempt redelivery (typically 1–2 more attempts).
  • You can also use the tracking link to reschedule delivery or redirect the package.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the carrier may hold your package at a local depot. You will need to collect it within the carrier’s deadline (usually 5–7 days). Packages not collected may be returned to us, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. Redelivery or re-shipping due to address errors may incur additional charges.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier first using the tracking number.
  • For packages marked as lost by the carrier, we will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund) once the carrier’s investigation is complete.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. Refusals to pay customs fees will result in the package being returned, and you will not be refunded for shipping.
