Refund & Return Policy
At The Spartans Collective, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
Return Conditions
For your return to be eligible:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and unworn.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Make a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal hygiene products (cosmetics, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same conditions apply — the item must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to credit your account.
